With the API done, we'll now move on to building the frontend. We'll start by creating a new Vue app:

vue init webpack tweetr-app

This will create a Vue app using the webpack template. When prompted with options, fill as in the image below:

    Once the app is created, we need to install the app dependencies:

    cd tweetr-app
    npm install

    With the dependencies installed, let's start the app to make sure everything is working as expected:

    npm run dev

    We should get a screen like the image below:
